Fujitsu consulting appoints Anuj Kumar as Vice President HR

New Vice President HR to guide the workforce of Fujitsu Consulting India including the Human Capital Development and Talent Acquisitions

Fujitsu Consulting India, the consulting and services arm of the $50-bn Fujitsu group, announced the appointment of  Anuj Kumar as the new Vice President – Human Resource of India operations. 

In this role  Kumar is responsible for spearheading the human resource programs in the organisation including Human Capital Development and Talent Acquisition.

Kumar brings with him an extensive experience of over 27 years in the field of Human Resources, including establishing talent management programs, leading recruitment drives and developing human resource training programs.

Prior to his current role, he has worked with leading IT companies including CSC, Globallogic, Keane and HCL. He spearheaded the Employee Centricity Initiative at CSC, Globallogic and Keane. As a result of his outstanding contributions, all three companies got featured in Best Employer Studies during his tenure. 

Kumar holds a Post Graduate Diploma with a specialization in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) and a General Management Program from XLRI Jamshedpur.
