Rayonier, an international forest products company, announced that Jay Posze has joined the company as vice president of human resources. Posze most recently served as global director of human resources for the Asia Pacific for Albemarle Corp., a Baton Rouge, La.-based manufacturer of polymers and fine chemicals.
Posze has more than 22 years of human resources and management experience, Rayonier said in a press release. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Western Kentucky University.
Rayonier owns, leases or manages 2.5 million acres of timber and land in the U.S. and New Zealand, according to its Web site. Its three core businesses include timber, real estate and performance fibers.
