Extreme Hiring: Pros and Cons of Pre-employment Simulation Assessments

FORBES has a great article this week about extreme hiring/pre-employment scenarios. Definitely worth a read if you have not seen. When I read something like this I am forced to step back and ask, "How good are we at recruitment and selection?" "Do we set a high enough bar?" "Do we conduct the right assessments?" "How can we improve our predictability of success?"
