After HP Acquisition, 3COM SVP HR Eileen Nelson Departs To Openwave Systems

Openwave Appoints Eileen Nelson as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

She brings more than 28 years of experience in all aspects of HR including staffing, training, global cultural development, and leadership best-practices. Nelson will report directly to Openwave's CEO, Ken Denman.

Previously, she was senior vice president of HR for eBay, and before that spent 13 years at 3Com as senior vice president of corporate services, leading a team of over 200 professionals worldwide. Earlier in her career, she held increasingly senior HR positions for several leading technology companies including Tandon/Western Digital Corporation and Davong Systems.
