Constance Soloway Promoted To VP of HR At Northrup Grumman


Northrop Grumman Names Constance Soloway Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Shared Services

LOS ANGELES, Mar 22, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation(NOC 64.98-0.56-0.85%) named Constance A. Soloway as vice president of human resources for its Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) organization.

Soloway will be responsible for ESS human resources strategy for talent acquisition, talent management and succession planning, ethics, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity, and workforce engagement.

Soloway most recently served as a human resources director within the company's Electronic Systems sector. During her 25-year career at Northrop Grumman, she has held positions of increasing responsibility in learning and development, leadership development, engineering, process improvement and business management.
She earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Duke University and a master's degree in international economics and international relations from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
