RSC Holdings Appoints New Senior Vice President, Human Resources

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb 12, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RSC Holdings Inc. (RRR 6.83, +0.05, +0.74%), one of the largest equipment rental providers in North America, announced today that it has appointed Mark W. Krivoruchka to the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Krivoruchka is expected to assume his duties on March 8, 2010, and succeeds Bob Fox, who has agreed to resign and will pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Krivoruchka, 55, brings to RSC more than 25 years of extensive human resource leadership experience in a variety of domestic and global companies such as GE, Pillsbury, Maytag, Whirlpool, and most recently Cooper Tire & Rubber, where he held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources. Krivoruchka has a BS and MBA from Virginia Tech University, Blacksburg, Va.
