Kathleen Ayres To Head HR For Broadlane

Broadlane Appoints Kathleen Ayres to Senior Vice President, Human Resources


DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Broadlane, the leading end-to-end cost-management partner for healthcare providers, today announced the appointment of Kathleen (Kathy) Ayres to senior vice president of human resources. Ayres will provide strategic human resources (HR) leadership for all areas of the organization and focus on recruiting and retaining top talent through organizational development and executive coaching.

Ayres comes to Broadlane from PolyMedica Corporation where she was responsible for HR leadership of Liberty Medical Supply, an $800 million subsidiary and the nation’s largest diabetic supply and mail-order pharmacy company. As executive vice president of human resources and quality, Ayres re-engineered several HR core functions, including recruiting, compensation plans and corporate culture. Prior to PolyMedica, Ayres was senior vice president of human resources for NeighborCare Pharmacies, Inc.
