If you have not followed this story -- Stephanie Jensen was the former HR VP at Brocade. She landed herself in the middle of a options backdating scandal and now is facing 60 days in the slammer. Her claim during the trial was that she did not know that backdating was illegal. Incomptence in this case did not lead to a merciful outcome.
