RUTH ANNE HERMAN PROMOTED TO SVP HR FOR FOX NETWORKS

Herman heads up Fox human resources

Will oversee issues for Fox, FX and sports cablers

Ruth Anne Herman has been upped to senior veep of human resources for Fox Networks Group.

Herman will oversee all HR issues for Fox Broadcasting Co., FX and the rest of Fox's entertainment and regional sports cablers, as well as its network engineering and operations department. She reports to Fox Networks Groups chief Tony Vinciquerra and Linda Johns, Fox Entertainment Group exec veep of human resources.

Herman previously spearheaded employee training and development programs as veep of employee relations for Fox Networks Group.

She worked as deputy general counsel for Warner Bros. Records and as senior employment counsel for Warner Bros. Entertainment prior to joining Fox five years ago.
