KILL THE PERFORMANCE REVIEW!

This is a very thought provoking article from a UCLA Management Professor. The argument is strengthened in companies that also administer a formal talent management system. The mixed signals these processes create is detrimental to employee productivy and morale. Many times these systems become so complex as a HR employment security measure. Strategic HR pro's look past the system and focus on the talent and ways to drive increased productivity.
