Kim Warmbier Named SVP of Human Resources at Radio Shack

Electronics retailer RadioShack Corp. has named Kim Warmbier senior vice president of human resources.

Fort Worth-based RadioShack (NYSE: RSH) says Warmbier previously served PepsiCo Sales as chief personnel officer. She also served Frito Lay North America Sales as group vice president of human resources.

She has more than two decades of experience and is well versed in all aspects of employee relations, compensation and benefits, labor relations, recruitment, succession planning and leadership development.

Warmbier is a graduate of Illinois State University and earned her master’s in labor industrial relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Ill.

“We are very pleased to welcome Kim to our senior management team,” said Julian Day, chairman and chief executive officer of RadioShack. “Kim has a sterling background and is well qualified to make significant positive contributions at RadioShack.”
